Dean Thomas ADI
Hi I'm Dean owner/Instructor of Pass Out Driving School I have over 24 Years of driving experience, I have been an Approved Driving Instructor for Approx. 12 Years now, and am also pass plus registered and a member of the Driving Instructor Association. I currently instruct in a New Seat Ibiza with Dashcam fitted which is fitted with Dual Controls and is maintained to the highest standards. I am very laid back and all lessons are always tailored to suit the individual, different people learn at different speeds so I pitch lessons at the correct level for each student to ensure maximum learning takes place. I am very laid back and easy to get on with, and am a firm believer that lessons should be fun where possible, yes driving is a very serious matter however there is no reason while a little fun can't be had along the journey of getting you through your test. Passing the test is only the beginning of your driving lives, with help from me I can assist in you getting the best start possible in becoming a safe/competent and confident driver for the rest of your life. I was also recently nominated and shortlisted for the Intelligent Instructor 2019/2021/2022 Instructor of The Year Award !!! (2022 Award was rated as 37th in Country of 39,000+ Instructors)
Paul Nicholls ADI (AUTOMATIC INSTRUCTOR)
Hi, my name is Paul and I'm a fully qualified ADI working for Pass Out Driving School. I have 19 years driving experience and have been an ADI for over 6 years. I am also Pass Plus registered and a member of the Driving Instructor Association (DIA). I instruct in a Automatic Vauxhall Corsa fitted with dual controls that is maintained to a high standard. I have taught people of all ages and abilities in both manual and auto and fully understand that everyone is individual and learn at different speeds. Therefore, I tailor my approach based on the person and not based on any formatted teaching guideline or technique. I also understand that learning to drive and to take tests can be very stressful to a lot of people, so I aim to combat any nerves based on a laid back approach and a fun atmosphere to learn in. I'll also make sure you are ready and feel confident before taking a test and you will never be rushed or pressured into booking a test date. Learning with me will be rewarding, making you a confident and safe driver when heading out on the road on your own. The test centres I cover are - Hornchurch and Brentwood.
Debra Saunders ADI
Hi, my name is Debra, a fully qualified ADI working at Pass Out Driving School with nearly 31 years experience. I am a member of the Driving Instructor Association (DIA) and Pass Plus Registered for anyone wishing to take further lessons once passing their test. I currently instruct in a Hyundai I10 fitted with dual controls, maintained to a high standard. I was taught to drive at 17 years old in a friendly and relaxed manner and after passing on my first attempt continue with this style of instruction as driving is something I enjoy. I have been teaching in various fields for over 20 years and realise we all learn in different ways and speeds, so creating the right atmosphere for each individual is key. The important factor is to be a safe, competent and confident driver for life. The test centres I cover are Brentwood and Basildon.
John Bristow ADI

Bradley Kearsley ADI
Hi, my name is Bradley, a fully qualified ADI working at Pass Out Driving School with nearly 10 years Driving experience. I am a member of the Driving Instructor Association (DIA) and Pass Plus Registered for anyone wishing to take further lessons once passing their test. I currently instruct in a Vauxhall Corsa (Black Edition) fitted with dual controls, maintained to a high standard. I was taught to drive at 17 years old by Pass-Out in a friendly and relaxed manner and after passing my test continue with this style of instruction as driving is something I enjoy. I understand we all learn in different ways and speeds, so adapting for each individual is key. The important factor is to be a safe, competent and confident driver for life. The test centres I cover are Brentwood, Kings Lynn & Peterborough.
Anothony Mazzone ADI
Anthony Mazzone, has agreed to become the latest member of the Pass-Out Team which we are very excited about. He has a wealth of experience having trained and worked with the AA previously. Anthony will be working between 0900-1700 covering Brentwood and the the surrounding areas, he currently has a couple of spaces available but they won't be there for long so book in quick.
